Troiku Challenge #3

Dear Haijin, visitors and travelers,

As you all (maybe) know I am the inventor of this creative way of haiku writing and of course this Troiku technique is not always easy, but recently I read several Troiku everywere on the Internet. It looks like this new creative way of writing haiku starts become more known around the globe. And that makes me happy, but also humble ...

For this new Troiku challenge episode I have the following prompt for you:

Peony

Double Peony
Well ... the peony, a wonderful flower and I love it. This is your prompt "peony" to write an all new Troiku. Here is my example:

pink flowers bloom
between green dewy leaves
a double peony

pink flowers bloom
as far as man can see -
purple sea

between green dewy leaves
hides a little green frog
for the blue heron

a double peony
in full bloom in my garden -
a dawning sun

Well ... I hope you will take the challenge to write an all new haiku inspired on peony and create a Troiku with it.

Have fun!

This Troiku Challenge is NOW OPEN for your submissions and will remain open until January 20th at noon (CET).
